Holiday or one off booking
The cost of each booking will be agreed in advance on the initial meeting. It will be calculated on an hourly base* at the price of £20 an hour.
The smallest slot is half an hour* but a booking that will require five or more days of visits while you are away will be entitled to a 15% discount.
Waiting for deliveries / technicians
Waiting for deliveries or technicians is calculated on the bases of four hour slots (am or pm), at the cost of £40.00 a slot or £70.00 for two joined slots.
The slot cost is fixed regardless of the actual waiting time, as this time will be regarded as reserved and I won't be able to use it any other way.

I will arrange to visit you at home to discuss your specific needs in more detail, complete a booking form and receive a deposit to confirm. If the start date is very near I will collect the key and full instructions.
On the booking form will be a job sheet detailing the services offered and you can choose which facility is suitable for you. If something is not covered I will be happy to discuss it and hopefully be of some assistance.
"Expect the unexpected" seems to be the sensible frame of mind regarding holiday plans, so please bear in mind that I am flexible and will take into account any hiccups!
